– Electric motor with TEFC or explosion-proof enclosures is also available.
– The wetted parts are of SUS304, other material can be replaced upon request.
– Speed reducer gearbox is used to reduce speed and increase output torque.
– C-clamp mounting or side-clamp mounting are available

Operation & Maintenance
• Pneumatic air supply : 5.5 bar to 7.5 bar
• Air Filter Regulator & Lubricator should be installed near to air motor
• Lubrication oil : 1 oil drop per minute, SAE #10 or ISO –VG32
• Air piping should be at least same size or bigger the air motor inlet
• Use needle valve to control the rotation speed
• Check the rotation direction with care
• Install silencer to reduce noise
• Do not operate without load in long run to avoid unnecessary wear
• Any abnormal vibration notice should stop the air motor, check if the shaft is straight
• Make sure the pneumatic air supply is sufficient for air motor
