Plastic packaging for big volume, consistence, light weight parts, we offers vacuum foaming trays that are shape according to parts. Can use APET, PVC and PP for different customer request. Clamp shell Trays also supplied to many MNCs for long.
Supply in corrugated and solid sheet, can be converted into box, tray, partition. Reinforce with solid PP or aluminium frame, PP boxes allows easy handling, arranging, storing and stacking. Thickness from 2mm ~ 5mm and varies colors for different packaging purpose.
We provides different type of pallets in wood, paper and plastic material. Different materials for different customer’s application. For wooden pallet, we provide recognize Heat Treatment (HT) facility for export purpose. Pallet design based on weight load, method of handling and budget.
Plastic bags is use for additional inner protection, since plastic bags are made according to part size. Bubble, plain LDPE, PVC, aluminium, polyethylene have specific function for product may requires. Antistatic is added for sensitive and corrosion products. Static Shielding bags and moisture barrier bags in varies size and type also can be custom made.
Polypropylene (EPP) and Polyethylene (EPE) foams can be integrated with other common packaging materials such as paper board, plastic, wood, pallet and others packaging accessories into a complete packaging kit for customer convenience to pack their product without sourcing and handling headache.

Wooden crate is use together with cushion foam, protective bag and metal bracket to ensure parts is secure during transportation. Heat treatment pallet is recommended for overseas shipment.
